Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle GA

Primary Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for executing production processes while adhering to cGMP and safety guidelines. You will participate in departmental projects and quality teams, initiate and revise procedural documents, and troubleshoot simple procedures. This position involves scheduling activities and training team members as well as flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in mathematics and measurement standards.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions with strong communication skills.
- Deep understanding of cGMP manufacturing and basic laboratory equipment.
- Understanding of chemical and biological safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull weights as specified.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to work in controlled environments with special gowning.
- Ability to work in confined areas and varying temperature conditions.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Revise and review documentation.
- Manage Clean-in-Place and Steam-in-Place systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Handle general production equipment such as pH meters, autoclaves, and mixers.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Manage supplies distribution in production areas.
- Revise and review documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and responding to alarms.
