Network Communications Specialist (Cisco)

Proclinical are recruiting a Network Communications Specialist (Cisco) for a medical technology and devices establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel. The client is focused on accomplishing the best restorative results within dentistry.

Responsibilities:

• Guide IT projects or assist with major alterations for solutions that interface with Genesys contact center solution such as CRM, Ticketing System, etc.
• You will internationally roll-out VoIP and CTI/contact center resolutions to new bureaus.
• Execute and troubleshoot video conferencing systems such as Cisco.
• Preserve and assist third supplier systems such as Ascom DECT, Nice Voice Recording and NTW Console.
• The ideal candidate will coach end-users and managers on VoIP and Contact Center Solutions throughout on-site or remote roll-out actions.
• Handle the administration of numerous Cisco CUCM/Call Manager and Cisco Unity clusters.
• Apply and sustain voice gateways to suppliers such as CUBE/SIP Trunks.
• Perform contract center linked essential workshops with business divisions and interpret into user stories.
• Uphold Genesys contact center setting such as user administration, minor changes, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline or received an amalgamation of experience and education.
• IT network and VoIP/UC background.
• Qualified in IT essential engineering and/or IT project management.
• Certified training in Cisco CCNA or CCNP Collaboration.
• Genesys certification would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud technology and migration would be advantageous.
• An active, straightforward individual who is performance driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to implement tasks.
• Analytical capabilities with communication skills towards suppliers and internal clients.
