Manufacturing Project & Improvement Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Manufacturing Project & Improvement Manager to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on integrating engineering design tools with document management, validation, and maintenance systems to enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth system integration and process standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Support project and integration leads in achieving milestones.
• Facilitate communication between project teams for effective knowledge transfer.
• Analyse project data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Align stakeholder expectations with project objectives.
• Coordinate with external support to ensure timely task completion.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in engineering design tools.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with data exchange standardization practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of CAE tools and SAP maintenance structure.
• Strong communication skills in English.
