Manager, Market Research and Patient Support

At Proclinical, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Manager of Market Research and Patient Support, based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage activities related to solicited programs.
• Develop good relationships with internal and external organizations to facilitate and maintain safety reporting compliance within solicited programs.
• Oversee required training activities for solicited program vendors.
• Assist in resolving reconciliation issues.
• Ensure good record keeping related to solicited programs.
• Participate in training materials development and training logistics regarding solicited programs.
• Monitor compliance with solicited programs training.
• Establish work priorities and gather information on assigned tasks or activities for given project.
• Work with applicable internal and external teams to implement and maintain activities or tasks under the remit of S&C.
• Maintain compliance with DSPH and applicable SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of company disease and therapeutic areas.
• Participate in meetings and share information on projects and challenges openly.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA in a relevant field, ideally medico-scientific or equivalent years of drug safety experience.
• Previous experience in drug safety or clinical research required, ideally 2-4 years.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Has a good knowledge and understanding of applicable pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements and expectations regarding solicited programs and training.
