Key responsibilities

Experience : 5-10 years in validation CIP, SIP, Equipment qualification (mechanical and automation part)
Knowledge : filling equipment : Filling line, freeze dryer, depyrogenation tunnel, vials washer, stopper washing and sterilization, isolator; ASTM approach ;writing and execute digitalized protocol (Kneat software)
Review/pre-approval of SAT protocol,
Review execution of SAT protocol,
Writing , execution of IOQ protocol
Writing, execution of performance qualification CIP, SIP (surface sampling, thermal mapping, Bioindicators handling).
writing of traceability matrix
Revision of risk analysis, validation plan when applicable.
