Project Manager - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and facilitate training activities for both new and tenured staff. This is a contract position located in Plainsboro, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of onboarding and ongoing training in line with global and local SOPs. They will also be tasked with implementing Core Functional Curriculum initiatives to support clinical trial execution and monitoring training completion metrics to ensure consistent compliance.
Skills & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in clinical trial management within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO and/or healthcare setting.
- Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines, federal and local regulations, and clinical research process.
The Project Manager will:
- Ensure smooth execution of all training activities for new hire and tenured staff.
- Maintain and execute onboarding training for new hires in alignment with Global and local SOPs.
- Execute Core Functional Curriculum initiatives to support clinical trial execution.
- Monitor training completion metrics for staff and proactively ensure consistent compliance.
