Proclinical is working with a Swiss CDMO based in Canton Solothurn, Switzerland who is offering a 6 months assignment for a Maintenance Utilities Operator role.
Proclinical is aiming at EU / Swiss nationals / Swiss permit holders with working experience as Maintenance Operator (utilities). Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for Switzerland.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure 24/7 shift operations and keep all utilities up and running by using monitoring systems
- Operate utilities systems according to instructions and procedures
- Execute shift tasks according to the shift lead instructions and operational plans
- Execute maintenance and revision work according to instructions. This includes repairs, assembly and dismantling of equipment)
- Execute Daily site walkdown and record in CMMS
- Address defined and straightforward identified issues according to defined procedures
- Maintain proper work environment (5S) according shift lead instructions.
- Execution Preventive and corrective operations task according instructions and operational plan
- Document events and create reports following business requirements
- Keeps track of the carried-out inspection and maintenance work through CMMS
- Adhere to all safety instructions
- Document own activities in logbooks and related CMMS work orders
- Tank farm receiving goods and execution of unloading operations
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven working experience in operations of industrial systems preferably related to Pharmaceutical or chemical plants.
- Familiarity with SCADA monitoring systems is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Adherence to all technical, safety and quality assigned instructions
- Ability to work in shifts.
