Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys keeping critical equipment running smoothly and solving technical challenges before they impact production?

Proclinical is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, facility operations, and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
  • Minimize downtime by supporting equipment reliability across operations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, service records, and calibration activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, automation, and software-driven equipment.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and equipment service providers.
  • Support maintenance activities for HVAC systems, facilities, and utility systems.
  • Assist with equipment qualification and validation processes.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Restricted QLD Electrical Licence.
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, food, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
  • Knowledge of GMP quality systems, calibration, or validation processes is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to HVAC systems, utilities, cleanroom environments, or automated production equipment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
