Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Logistics Specialist.
Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist to evaluate and enhance operational processes, policies, and systems. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and recommending changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Assess current methods of operation, policies, and procedures to identify inefficiencies.
- Audit workflows and propose revisions to improve standards and production.
- Recommend updates to forms, reports, material handling, equipment, or office layouts.
- Suggest simplifications to computer systems or other tools to enhance functionality.
- Provide recommendations on organizational structure to eliminate duplication or overlapping functions.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to assess and audit operational processes.
- Ability to propose actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and organizational restructuring.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and tools to streamline operations.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
