Proclinical is seeking a Logistic Specialist to join our client's team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on planning, controlling, and optimizing logistics processes across the supply chain. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficient material flow and inventory management while collaborating with various partners to ensure timely availability of goods. This position also involves contributing to process optimization and digitalization projects.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, control, and optimize logistics processes along the supply chain.
- Ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.
- Utilize and manage SAP modules for logistics process control.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely availability of goods.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of an MES system and SAP EWM.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects for process optimization and digitalization.
- Support and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Training or studies in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
- Practical experience in logistics, planning, or procurement.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD, WM, or EWM); MES experience is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP EWM implementation is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a structured and independent working style.
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
- Proficiency in German (C1) is required; English is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
