Laboratory Assistant

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Laboratory Assistant position with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company. Based in Pennsylvania, the Laboratory Assistant will join a company known for its work across multiple therapy areas, including cardiovascular, oncology, and respiratory fields. Job Responsibilities:

• Working in the laboratory under the direct supervision of lab technician or scientist, performing general laboratory duties which include:
• Handling Compounds and the Operation of Automated Liquid Handling Instruments.
• Sample collection, log-in, and sample/waste disposal.
• Inventory control.
• Other similar duties.

Skills and Requirements:

• BS/BA in a related science discipline.
• Experience in preparative purification.
• Prior chromatography experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
• Entry Level.
