IT Application Manager

Proclinical are recruiting an IT Application Manager for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich with hybrid working available. The client is focused on discovering the correct remedies for people.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with shareholders and associates on an internal and external level.
• Participate in E2E from commencement to production.
• Guide and assist the management, operation and progress of SAP and LIMS applications.
• Handle 1st and 2nd level assistance of applications.
• Assist quality systems application responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an IT or life science discipline.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or LIMS.
• QA operations acquaintance.
• Past involvement with project/application management within a Pharma/Biotech/Med Device/GxP setting.
• Knowledgeable in a lab and business pharma IT systems.
• Capable of cooperating and attaining relations with IT and Quality management, both onsite and international shareholders.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in either German or French would be beneficial.
