About the Role
As Director of Product Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling product delivery practices across a cross-functional, innovation-driven R&D setting. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, team enablement, and driving impactful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives
• Optimize delivery frameworks, processes, and team structures to enable scalable, high-quality outcomes
• Drive Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies across teams and portfolios
• Coach and develop Product Owners and Delivery Managers to build empowered, high-performing delivery teams
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and regulatory domains to align execution with compliance and business goals
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and delivery accountability

Your Profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in product delivery or program management within a regulated industry (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or Aerospace)
• Deep knowledge of Agile/SAFe/hybrid methodologies, portfolio and dependency management
• Strong understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, ISO 14971
• Proven success in leading organizational change, scaling delivery teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong focus on delivery outcomes, structure, and process - with a proven track record in global team leadership, strong executive presence, and delivery orientation
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and strategic execution skills
• Passion for enabling teams and driving improvements that positively impact lives
