Proclinical is seeking a Director to support a large-scale technology transformation program within the clinical trial data operations space. This role focuses on overseeing the implementation of new technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving change management initiatives to enable adoption by end users. The position requires expertise in managing complex IT programs, platform implementations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership oversight for the delivery of large-scale program milestones, including internal processes and external partner deliverables.
- Offer strategic guidance and coaching to the program team, focusing on overcoming challenges and delivering effective solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration and engagement with external program partners to ensure alignment with program goals and design leadership.
- Review program plans and activities to maintain focus on delivering business value and achieving project milestones on time.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and align with industry-standard concepts.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs and platform implementations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in GXP system compliance and large platform integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical data operations, including current processes, technologies, and future advancements.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives across extensive workforces.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and participating in program governance and steering committees.
- Ability to drive digital transformation and align with industry standards.
