Proclinical is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless operations and enabling organizational growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, security, and business processes. Flexibility to work during US time zones is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders in that region.

Responsibilities:

Act as Level 2 support for Salesforce, addressing incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Manage the lifecycle of problems, prevent incidents, and minimize their impact.
Resolve common system errors, performance issues, and data-related problems.
Serve as a subject matter expert for sales processes.
Define, estimate, and implement technical solutions using best practices.
Customize Salesforce using tools like Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, APEX triggers, and Lightning Components.
Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce integration tools such as APIs and middleware.
Conduct analysis and recommend technology improvements and upgrades.
Monitor error logs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
Maintain and configure development and test instances for internal sandboxes.
Document implementations, integration configurations, and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Manufacturing Cloud.
Expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data modeling.
Required Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I (Developer II preferred).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
Structured, business-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural environment.
