In vitro pharmacology Director(AD-ED)

A leading biotechnology client is searching for an in-vitro Pharmacology Director to join their team in Shanghai. The company is a specialist life science provider that develops innovative research on a global scale and offers full-service drug discovery and development services for both small and large molecules. The Director will join the company in their Shanghai office. Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients on daily basis.
• Writing and editing technical reports.
• Trouble shooting protocols and ensure on-time delivery of the study results.
• Lead the in vitro pharmacology team and providing daily people management of the team.
• Responsible of technical training of the new and experienced employees and help to solve any issues or conflict among team members.
• Participating in business development activities including visiting and hosting clients.
• Searching for potential new clients and trying to meet client's need.

Skills and Requirements:

• D in pharmacology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• In depth knowledge in in-vitro pharmacology; strong track record of publication in peer reviewed journals.
• A deep understanding of Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field, and hands-on experience of in vitro pharmacology.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
