Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Flow Cytometry Associate I position with a leading pharmaceutical research company. The organization prides itself on its solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas, along with a growing pipeline of investigational drugs and an unmatched patient access program. Based in the company's California office, this is an exciting opportunity to work with an internationally renowned company and support their innovative impact on the healthcare field.

Job Responsibilities:

Using data, reports, and previous results to identify inappropriate variances and concerns.
Presenting data or preparing data for others to present.
Operating scientific equipment, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to perform experiments, analyzing data, and preparing related reports
Working with immediate supervisor on problems of moderate complexity.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 2 + years' experience OR Master's degree and 1 + years' experience
Immunology experience required, along with standard immuno-oncology assay experience.
Required skills include cell culture, immune cell isolation, multicolor flow cytometry (2 + colors), ELISA, Luminex, and/or Western blotting.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
