Proclinical is seeking a Supplier Lifecycle Management Specialist to support global vendor change notifications and ensure seamless coordination across multiple sites. In this role, you will act as a key communicator for global quality initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging to both internal and external stakeholders.

This position focuses on maintaining high standards of product and service quality, regulatory compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Process global vendor change notifications and coordinate with relevant parties and sites.
Serve as a communication liaison for global quality initiatives.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
Collaborate proactively within a team-oriented culture focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or equivalent technical education.
Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
A quality-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
