Accounts Payable Coordinator - Contract - Sleepy Hollow, NY

Help bring science to life within this pharmaceutical company by playing a key role in their financial operations!

Proclinical is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support financial operations by managing and analyzing accounts payable transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves ensuring compliance with corporate policies, maintaining accurate data entry for invoices in both domestic and foreign currencies, and utilizing purchase order systems effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Oracle systems preferred.
Experience with document scanning and invoice workflow systems.
High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

Compile and analyze routine accounts payable transactions.
Verify that all transactions adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain timely data entry of invoices for assigned vendor categories or letter ranges.
Handle invoices in both domestic and foreign currencies.
Apply requisite skills to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
Utilize 2-way and 3-way purchase order systems effectively.

Compensation:

$25 to $35 per hour.
