Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts by managing interview logistics, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed.
- Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is a plus.
- Proactive time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and follow-through skills with high attention to detail.
- Trusted with confidential information.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Create detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
- Prepare for virtual and onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and ordering any necessary food
- Manage and communicate any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
- Continually update HR statuses of candidates and new hires in the applicant tracking system
- Assist other TAC team members as needed
