Receptionist - Contract - Palo Alto, CA

Can you deliver a seamless and welcoming experience while keeping front desk operations running smoothly for a cutting-edge biotechnology company?

Proclinical is seeking a professional and welcoming individual to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive visitor experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves greeting visitors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining an organized and efficient front desk presence. You will collaborate with internal teams to support seamless visitor interactions and uphold a high standard of professionalism.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or customer-facing role is preferred.

The Receptionist's responsibilities will be:

Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ensure consistent front desk coverage and maintain an on-site presence.
Coordinate visitor check-ins and departures, notify employees of arrivals, and maintain an accurate visitor log.
Partner with Executive Assistants and HR teams to organize visitor logistics, including room scheduling and arrival timing.

Compensation:

$30 to $40 per hour.
