Proclinical is seeking an Executive Sales Specialist focused on Human Array. This role involves expanding and developing business in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth and maintain profitable margins.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and portfolio within the human array markets.
- Develop strategic plans to win new business and expand market share.
- Execute strategies to target and secure large human array opportunities.
- Lead by example in business development and participate in campaign planning.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive environments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
- Collaborate with team members across different functions to achieve financial objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, or Biochemistry preferred.
- Sales or customer-facing experience required.
- Familiarity with DNA microarray technology and genotyping applications is highly desired.
- Experience with genomic technologies and molecular biology techniques required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of SFDC and JDE is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
