Proclinical is seeking an EHS Engineer to join our client's team in Bern, Switzerland. This role is crucial for supervising site operations and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills who can start immediately.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Provide training and guidance on EHS practices to staff.
Collaborate with management to develop and improve safety policies.
Report and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Fluent in German and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite daily, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Experience in EHS roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.
