Proclinical is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading medical device company located in Dallas, TX.
Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.
Job Responsibility:
- Taking calls from existing and new customers to provide a helpful, professional services
- Responding to internal stakeholder enquiries
- Reviewing, updating, and processing all customer orders within set timeframes
- Managing parts ships by transaction numbers, tracking processes
- Ensuring stock is kept tidy and stored in correct place
- Updating CRM database
- Providing accurate information regarding products, stock availability, shipping issues and order enquiries
- Monitoring product return tracking and identify any high return items and faulty items
- Coordinating repairs for faulty store items and customer returns
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
- Strong IT skills with an analytical mind
- Strong can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Knowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolution
