Proclinical is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading medical device company located in Dallas, TX.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

Taking calls from existing and new customers to provide a helpful, professional services
Responding to internal stakeholder enquiries
Reviewing, updating, and processing all customer orders within set timeframes
Managing parts ships by transaction numbers, tracking processes
Ensuring stock is kept tidy and stored in correct place
Updating CRM database
Providing accurate information regarding products, stock availability, shipping issues and order enquiries
Monitoring product return tracking and identify any high return items and faulty items
Coordinating repairs for faulty store items and customer returns

Skills and Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
Strong IT skills with an analytical mind
Strong can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Knowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolution
