Proclinical is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to support the daily and cyclical activities of the HR Shared Services Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on ensuring the efficiency, quality, and future-readiness of HR operations. You will work closely with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and streamline processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors, and a strong focus on maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt.
The HR Shared Services - Systems Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Process employee lifecycle changes and other data entries in HR systems, including new hires, job updates, position changes, and requisition updates.
- Conduct audits in SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
- Manage and prioritize requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system, adhering to defined SLAs.
- Develop and update HR system documentation, job aids, and training materials to reflect current processes and functionalities.
- Communicate updates and process steps to HR stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clarity.
Compensation:
- $40 to $43 per hour.
