Computational Chemist / CADD Scientist - REMOTE

Proclinical is seeking a Computational Chemist to support a leading biotech company. This position offers fully remote working anywhere in the USA.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

• Working directly on multiple small molecule drug discovery programs across an array of target portfolios, including novel targets with limited or no known chemical matter.
• Utilizing molecular design and simulation tools, both off-the-shelf as well as custom-built, to evaluate protein-ligand complexes.
• Utilizing the company's ML platform, develop structural insights in order to triage small molecule designs and synthesize them into new, custom molecules.
• Working closely with cross functional teams to drive methods development on their ML/MD platform.

Skills and Requirements:

• Industrial experience as a computational chemist / computer aided drug design scientist, with a track record of driving drug discovery programs forwards with structural insights.
• Comfortable working with platforms for structure-based drug design, such as Shrodinger, Pymol and MOE.
