Compliance Expert, Supply Chain Processes

Hobson Prior is seeking a Compliance Expert for Supply Chain Processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all supply chain processes adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and company guidelines. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure all processes meet compliance requirements.
• Monitor warehouse and supply chain management processes from a compliance perspective.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures to identify and eliminate deviations.
• Create and adapt operating procedures and documentation, and provide training.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards and participate in project work with interfaces.
• Monitor the document landscape, controlling changes and deviations.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Completed studies or training in a relevant field, with a focus on compliance or another quality environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical quality environment, as well as a basic understanding of supply chain management processes.
• Proven success in building new structures and processes.
• Independent working style and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in German and English.
