Compensation Manager - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves analyzing market data, assisting with compensation cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to create competitive compensation packages.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resource Administration.
- Experience in compensation analysis, preferably within the biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with international compensation practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of government rules and regulations related to compensation, such as ERISA, FLSA, and other labor or tax laws.
The Compensation Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Support daily compensation tasks, including market data analysis, off-cycle promotions, pay adjustments, and ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in compensation surveys to gather and analyze competitive total compensation information.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop compelling new hire offer packages using market data and company philosophy.
- Assist in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including platform setup, budget management, and communication materials for managers and employees.
