Clinical Support Specialist - Vascular, Aortic

Proclinical are recruiting for a Clinical Support Specialist - Vascular, Aortic to join a medical device and technology organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for offering services to outlined hospital customers.
• You will be present in the operating room, supporting personnel in accomplishing successful outcomes with vascular products.
• Guarantee all new or updated product information is relayed to customers and the team as well as being comprehended by them.
• The ideal candidate might display written reports to the regional business manager when required.
• Contribute to pertinent local and global trade shows, conferences, and lectures, throughout which pertinent information is disseminated to the area team.
• Recognise further possibilities to be explored with customers.
• Offer technical product training for clinic staff and assist the vascular team when required concerning the implementation of the company's products.
• Responsible for exploring and reviewing new product concepts, offering suitable information to the sales manager and customer care representatives, and constantly simplifying communication.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Willing and available for frequent meetings with customers and any other decision-makers.
• Willing to travel for business needs.
• Familiarity within medical sales.
• Expertise on product and procedure would be beneficial.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Works well in a team.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Numerical and computer literacy.
• Able to resolve issues.
• An organised individual who is highly self-motivated.
