Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist who is passionate about improving patient care in the field of venous thromboembolism (VTE). The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a knack for problem-solving and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. This role involves promoting medical devices, providing technical training and support to customers, and developing the market for existing and new products.

Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services in the portfolio
Regularly visit customers and potential customers to promote products and services
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as agreed with your Manager
Manage existing customers and acquire new ones in the assigned territory
Plan and develop the market for existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs
Serve as a competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff
Analyze and report market and business feedback to your Manager and/or others on a monthly and yearly basis
Be on call as needed, prioritizing patient care

Key Skills and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business).
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the medical device, with a proven track record of success. Clinical background and experience in interventional cardiology, radiology, or vascular surgery is highly desirable.
You will need to be experienced in supporting surgical cases within the Operating Theatre environment.
Prior experience supporting surgical procedures in the Operating Theater (OR) is essential
