Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Sales Lead for a Medical Device with specialization in Wound Care, Compression Therapy, Orthopedics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful promotion and implementation of medical device products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets for the medical device portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and promote our medical device products.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
