Proclinical is seeking a Client Services Representative to support clients in maximizing the value of products and services, fostering long-term, productive relationships. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill contract specifications and respond to ad-hoc client requests to build satisfaction.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with account managers to optimize client value from products and services.
  • Maintain internal communication with sales and support teams regarding client activities.
  • Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure obligations are met.
  • Research and analyze client-specific business lines or therapeutic markets to address inquiries.
  • Conduct product, service, and process training for clients and team members.
  • Represent the company in external client projects and service meetings.
  • Mentor and guide other client service representatives as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large transactional databases.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in diverse business environments.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and offices as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices and products is advantageous.
