Proclinical is seeking a Business Process Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes at a biotech manufacturing site. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, agility, and simplification across departments. Acting as a change champion, you will lead transformation initiatives and provide coaching in Lean, BPM, and organizational change management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in business process management and modeling, ensuring alignment with organizational architecture.
  • Map and document current business processes, including workflows, key activities, inputs, outputs, and interdependencies.
  • Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, redesigning them to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop agile processes that adapt quickly to new opportunities or changes in the industry landscape.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation into business processes.
  • Design systems to automate repetitive tasks and data analysis, enabling resource allocation to critical decision-making.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of newly implemented processes.
  • Continuously review and improve processes to address evolving challenges and organizational needs.
  • Identify risks associated with processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization.
  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders to foster buy-in and facilitate transitions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in business process management, modeling, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Lean, BPM, and organizational change management methodologies.
  • Experience in mapping and analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and redesign processes.
  • Familiarity with integrating advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation into business operations.
  • Ability to establish and monitor process performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills to engage stakeholders and drive transformation.
