Business Development Director - UK (NORTH)

Proclinical are recruiting for a Business Development Director - UK (NORTH) to join a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside operations for proposal defense meetings and any other operational contributions.
• Uphold routine communication with the senior director of business development or designee by submission of reports in a timely manner.
• Manage weekly reports of client awards and visits to guarantee routine contact with clients.
• Engage with the company's operations staff, keep track of study status of projects with sponsors as well as arrange change orders when informed of a change of scope by project managers.
• You will attend and serve as a representative for the company at industry meetings and conferences when suitable and budgeted.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Willing to travel for business needs up to 40% of the time.
• Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
