Biotechnologist

Step into a pivotal role at a global CMO and help shape the future of healthcare manufacturing.

Proclinical is seeking a Biotechnologist to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on executing manufacturing operations for therapuetic products, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and supporting the manufacturing team in producing high-quality batches safely and efficiently.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure batch execution, evaluate test results, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide technical and procedural support to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure timely and quality production documentation.
• Support process investigations and decision-making on production issues.
• Assist with process changes and CAPAs within required timelines.
• Conduct training activities and support new team members.
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment for liquid and freeze-dried drug forms.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a GMP environment, preferably in sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Fluent in English or German; proficiency in both is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and SOP execution.
• Strong team orientation and effective communication skills.
• Structured and organized working attitude.
• High motivation and dynamic drive.
• IT knowledge, including SAP and MES, is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift pattern.
