A global commercial-stage biotechnology company is seeking to recruit an mAb Drug Discovery Technology Leader to their office in Beijing. The organisation focuses on molecularly-targeted and immuno-oncology cancer therapeutics. This vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with an organisation that employs over 2000 employees worldwide and bolster a career in the scientific field.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading mAb drug discovery technology groups that covers antibody generation, humanization, engineering, and phage display.
Exploring various modalities of mAb drugs, including bispecific and ADC.
Working in cross-function and multi-discipline research environment.

Skills and Requirements:

PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or immunology.
At least 10 years of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical industry working on and antibody technology and protein chemistry.
Demonstrable antibody technology expertise and experience by good track record including peer-reviewed research publications and patents granted and submitted.
Capability to manage multi-tasks and multi-projects with efficiency.
Lead research teams with good skills to motivate, to organize and to drive for team productivity.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
