Biologics-mAb Drug Discovery Technology Leader

A global commercial-stage biotechnology company is seeking to recruit an mAb Drug Discovery Technology Leader to their office in Beijing. The organisation focuses on molecularly-targeted and immuno-oncology cancer therapeutics. Job Responsibilities:

• Leading mAb drug discovery technology groups that covers antibody generation, humanization, engineering, and phage display.
• Exploring various modalities of mAb drugs, including bispecific and ADC.
• Working in cross-function and multi-discipline research environment.

Skills and Requirements:

• PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or immunology.
• At least 10 years of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical industry working on and antibody technology and protein chemistry.
• Demonstrable antibody technology expertise and experience by good track record including peer-reviewed research publications and patents granted and submitted.
• Capability to manage multi-tasks and multi-projects with efficiency.
• Lead research teams with good skills to motivate, to organize and to drive for team productivity.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
