Proclinical is seeking a Business Development Manager to join a dedicated team and support the growth of our innovative healthcare solutions. This role focuses on driving sales and expanding the adoption of our platform within the National Health Service in the UK. Regular travel and hybrid working from our office near London Bridge are essential to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain our excellent company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key decision-makers within the NHS, such as radiology department heads, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to drive platform adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage leads, and track progress using CRM software.
- Write and submit tender responses as part of public procurement processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Liaise with internal and external teams, including radiologists, customer success, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven success in selling healthcare-related solutions, ideally in Radiology.
- Strong network and relationships within the NHS and healthcare provider organizations.
- Excellent understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
