Proclinical is working with a well-known medical device company that is seeking a Manager to be based in Singapore on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Research new markets for company products.
Research potential new business opportunities.
Act as the Lead contact person for majority of communication with all new export Distributors and other opportunities.
Manage communication between Head Office and Distributors
Manage all service issues with Distributors
Assist the company in gaining the CFDA Accreditation (China)
Attend / work on Trade / Consumer Shows / Expos
Identify new product opportunities
Maintain continuous training and development with in-house training team at Head Office
Help with any translation issues / language constraints
Research and advise Senior Management on Asia's sales channels for bringing product to market
Recruit, train, manage and develop Distributors in new markets to where they are delivering strong sales and purchases.
Conduct due diligence, prepare detailed business plans, budgets and financial modelling for potential opportunities both domestically and export.
Become highly trained and competent in all aspects of our current product ranges and sales and marketing strategies.
Work with the senior the Management Team, CFO, Manufacturing Manager and Board of Directors when assessing opportunities.
Provide a monthly Board Report and attend all Company Manager's Meetings and conferences / conventions when requested
Participate in meetings and represent the company at other forums
Operating in an ethical manner, including adhering to Fair Trading laws applicable for their state
