Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the field of ophthalmology, based in Munich. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and assessing business opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and fostering efficient team dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate due diligence with various departments.
- Update reports and provide support for projects.
- Develop and defend business cases.
- Monitor markets and represent the company at conferences.
- Assist with project management and integration.
- Prepare and negotiate agreements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Foster efficient team dynamics.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Ensure compliance with GDP guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business.
- Proficiency in Business Development, Project Management, Finance, and Marketing.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
- Results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
