Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the field of ophthalmology, based in Munich. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and assessing business opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and fostering efficient team dynamics.


  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate due diligence with various departments.
  • Update reports and provide support for projects.
  • Develop and defend business cases.
  • Monitor markets and represent the company at conferences.
  • Assist with project management and integration.
  • Prepare and negotiate agreements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Foster efficient team dynamics.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, Project Management, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
  • Results-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
