This vacancy is for a Artwork Associate Labelling job at a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company with leading therapies in autoimmune diseases and oncology. This role will be based at their offices in Breda and is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the world's biggest biotechnology firms that is regularly included on numerous best employers' lists worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Artwork planning; prepare and assign a feasible planning of artwork projects to designers who create, review and coordinate artworks
  • Ensure plan adherence and escalate timely in case of issues or delays
  • Own capacity management
  • Prepare and distribute forecast to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, distribute and present artwork metrics (project status, volume, right-first-time, lead times)
  • Prepare and own root cause analysis file for artworks not right first time
  • Represent the labelling department in various teams
  • Write and maintain (un)controlled documents

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
  • Experience with Adobe software (Illustrator / InDesign)
  • Experience in a labelling and packaging environment
  • Ability to prepare status sheets, reports, document tracking
  • Strong quality mindset
  • Following procedures is key
  • Good team player
  • Strong communication skill
  • Accurate and very detailed mindset
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
  • Flexible, ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment
  • Network builder
  • Timely escalation to management
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Familiarity with printing processes
  • Experience in supply chain
  • Experience in project management
  • Affinity with languages
  • Ability to work in an intense and changing environment
  • Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines
