Proclinical is seeking an Investment master (Anlagemeister) to join a dynamic team in Switzerland, focusing on the production of intermediates and active ingredients within multipurpose facilities. This role emphasizes maintaining safety, hygiene, and GMP standards while supporting production campaigns.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment, including safety, cleanliness, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical services.
• Contribute to the training and development of staff assigned to projects or facilities, focusing on GMP, safety, hygiene, and technical skills.
• Collaborate with cleaning personnel for pre- and post-campaign cleaning and equipment reset.
• Support product manufacturing through risk analysis, equipment adjustments, technical optimizations, material preparation, and coordination between operations, labs, logistics, and technical services.
• Promote company vision and culture, embracing change, new ideas, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Preferably completed training as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or similar experience.
• High flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and commitment.
• Proficient in German; English is advantageous.
