A leading biotechnology company that specialises in RNAi therapeutics is advertising a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant position. The organisation uses this innovative form of therapy to treat rare genetic, cardio metabolic, acute hepatic infectious, central nervous system (CNS) and ocular diseases. The Administrative Assistant will join this company in their office in Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated applicant to develop a career in a truly revolutionary field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with HQ teams and the field.
- Liaising with marketing and Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) for seamless customer service.
- Supporting field-based career development training logistics (i.e., sourcing of workshops, venues, contracting) in partnership with medical affairs training coordinator.
- Supporting logistics around KOL visits.
- Maintaining Medical Science Liaison (MSL) trackers, reports, and Veeva CRM.
- Supporting logistics around MSL onboarding and training.
- Providing logistical support around ad board planning and MSL roundtables.
- Acting as an IT Liaison for technical issues.
- Performing Fleet management.
- Concurring technical issues related to expensing and travel arrangements.
- Overseeing MSL Live/offsites meetings, logistical support.
- Coordinating with MRB operations to ensure simplified access to field materials.
Skills and Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years related experience required.
- Experience managing calendars required.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
