Are you ready to shape the future of international marketing capability and drive commercial excellence across a global footprint?

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Marketing Capability to propel the International Commercial agenda by designing, implementing, and embedding marketing capability frameworks and marketer assessments. This role will partner closely with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies to elevate international marketing capabilities and translate insights into structured, sustainable capability‑building initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the International Marketing Excellence Director in shaping and delivering the global marketing excellence roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive international marketing capability framework in partnership with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Work with external partners to co-design a robust, data‑driven capability assessment framework, focusing on 10 priority markets and additional international regions in Q2.
  • Assist with the end‑to‑end rollout of the marketing capability assessment process across selected markets during Q2.
  • Build and maintain a library of existing training programs and capability frameworks.
  • Support the development of internal stakeholder mapping for marketing excellence.
  • Coordinate with agencies to develop the capability framework and assessment approach.
  • Liaise with local market teams, HR, and external partners to ensure timely, consistent, and high‑quality delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in marketing, omnichannel and commercial roles.
  • Experience in brand planning, launch, transformation and organizational development initiatives.
  • Track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
