Field Service Engineer - South West UK

Location: Southwest UK (Bristol, Reading & Yeovil)

Proclinical is working alongside global medical technology company to recruit for a Field Service Engineer. Our client develops devices, software, and consumables that help collect, process, and manage blood and plasma more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Installation, proactive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for customers.
Performing regular servicing and preventative checks to keep equipment running efficiently.
Organization, coordination and preparation of application trainings.
Providing technical assistance, training users, and completing service reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven years of working experience within a field based position or medical device environment or a similar role
Excellent customer service skills alongside a confident, professional manner in customer facing environments.
Technical aptitude to understand, train customers and users on products
Flexibility to travel and willingness to overnight
Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driving license
