Contingency recruitment is the most common form of permanent recruitment and takes between 2 and 6 weeks to complete, usually consisting of two rounds of interviews. We allocate a specialist consultant as a single point of contact for the hiring manager, often accompanied by a resourcer. We usually aim to deliver an initial shortlist of three to five candidate profiles.
We can fill a vacancy on a contingency basis, provided that the company is reputable, the requirements are realistic, and the manager is serious about hiring.
A fee is due only once a placement has been made; if the candidate leaves within the first 12 weeks of employment, you would be eligible for a free replacement or a refund of the fees in accordance with our terms and conditions. If an assignment is uncertain, ill-defined or likely to be extremely time consuming, an executive search project might be more appropriate.
