A leading biotechnology company that specialises in RNAi therapeutics is advertising a vacancy for anTalent Sourcing Consultant position. The organisation uses this innovative form of therapy to treat rare genetic, cardio metabolic, acute hepatic infectious, central nervous system (CNS) and ocular diseases. The Talent Sourcing Consultant will join this company in their office in Maidenhead. Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Recruiters to identify and attract top tier, highly qualified talent for multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Sourcing, screening, and building candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Advising on market trends and provide competitive data in the life sciences talent market.
• Promoting the company as an Employer of Choice Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years sourcing/recruiting experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Strong sourcing skills and utilisation of multiple techniques (e.g. crafting Boolean search strings, recruiting across multiple platforms, talent mapping).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and assess talent across multiple functions and locations.
• Previous experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA.Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
