Talent Acquisition Screener - Contract - Clayton, NC

Proclinical is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Talent Acquisition Screener for a contract role in Clayton.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will enhance our client's recruitment efforts in the diabetes and pharmaceutical sectors. This role involves managing high-volume positions and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth screening process.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support.
Strong communication skills for conducting phone screens.
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

The Talent Acquisition Screener's responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for various business units, including Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for the Lead Recruiter.
Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
