Digital Learning Designer - Contract - Basking Ridge, NJ (Remote)

Proclinical is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on developing courses and guides that enhance learners' skills and competencies through a participant-centered approach. This role involves designing content for a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, JavaScript, and Synthesia.

Skills & Requirements:

Expertise in instructional design and corporate eLearning development.
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, JavaScript, and Synthesia.
Strong understanding of design and technical implementation.

The Digital Learning Designer's responsibilities will be:

Analyze stakeholders' requirements, specifications, and objectives.
Develop materials, guides, and courses to facilitate knowledge acquisition.
Design content for an LXP platform using specified tools.
Ensure learning assets are engaging and participant centered.
