Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Scientist to join our client's team in Switzerland. In this role, you will support analytical potency testing and method implementation within DPS Bio-Analytics, focusing on customer needs. This position involves executing method establishment, pre-validation, and troubleshooting, along with non-GMP batch release and stability testing.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct potency assays for method establishment or sample testing using binding and functional assays.
- Document assay performance following Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
- Review and approve basic operational tasks performed by peers.
- Draft general documents such as method SOPs and pre-validation protocols.
- Contribute to investigations and troubleshooting for methods and lab equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space, adhering to 6S principles and GDP standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience with laboratory software like Electronic Lab Notebook, LIMS, SoftMax Pro, PLA, DMS is advantageous.
- Proficient in reporting, interpreting, and documenting scientific results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English, with the possibility of one day of home office work.
