Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator. This role is integral to our Talent Acquisition Operations, where you will be responsible for managing operational objectives and ensuring smooth processes, programs, and services. You will have the opportunity to interact frequently with department leadership, business stakeholders, and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and confirm the accuracy of offer details prior to offer preparation.
  • Create and develop offer letters for both internal and external candidates.
  • Update the candidate status after the offer has been delivered to the candidate.
  • Initiate background checks and complete onboarding paperwork.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative, HR, or related roles is beneficial.
